Rivendell Academy has a robust program of regional, national and international travel, including a long-standing exchange program with a school in France, immersive language- and culture-focused trips to Latin America and Spain, and long-distance cycling trips (in the past to Quebec City and around Lake Champlain).
Educational travel at Rivendell is intellectually rigorous, physically challenging, supportive, and open to all students. Students and teachers work together during the months before a trip to fund-raise, practice new skills and build community within the group.
